When you place your initial order by clicking the "Rush My Order" button, we will send you 1 bottle (a 30 day supply) of Liquiboost, and your credit card provided today will be charged $79.95 (plus s&h) and in approximately 30 days, and every thirty days thereafter, you will be charged $79.95 plus a shipping and handling charge of $4.95 for your new supply of Liquiboost. If you qualify for our Mail-In Rebate Program (see below), you can receive a rebate of $79.95, providing you with the equivalent of one FREE bottle of Liquiboost, less s&h. Use of multiple addresses or post office boxes to obtain additional rebates is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledge or returned. You agree, for your convenience, to participate in our auto-ship membership program whereby approximately every thirty days commencing from the initial order date we shall send you a new bottle of Liquiboost and charge you $79.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling and shall continue to do so until you contact us to cancel future orders. You may cancel your auto-ship program at any time and there will be no further obligations on your behalf. This program does not require a long term obligation. You may not cancel order that have already been billed and shipped.
All product will be shipped to you via Standard ground mail service is through the combined services of the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service. With our Expedited Priority Processing Option (if available), we will make your shipment our priority and ship your package out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM EST and the next day for all orders placed after 1PM EST (packages should arrive within three to five (3-5) business days). Please note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

If there is a bank dispute (charge back) of any kind that is found to have been filed by the consumer and the consumer loses the charge back or dispute there will be a $150 charge toward the customer for filing a false report and having lost the charge back to cover expenses, fees and time required by the Company to defend the dispute. In the case of sending notices to you, Company will use the email address you provided to Company when you ordered your Product. Such notices or communications (where properly addressed) shall be considered received on the earliest of (i) the email being acknowledged by the recipient as received; (ii) receipt by the sender of an automated message indicating successful delivery or the email having been opened; or (iii) the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after transmission, provided that the sender has not received notification of unsuccessful transmission.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to or use of this Website and/or your subscription to the Product should we believe that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement or if we believe you have sought, in bad faith, charge backs, credit backs, Product returns, discounts or any other conduct designed to injure, harass or disrupt this Website or the Company's business operations.
